Specifications:
Some sellers do not provide a hard drive. Without a hard drive you will not be able to use live TV features and the box will not be able to auto update. If you buy your own hard drive separately, you will still need to format, initialize and link it. This is by no means straight forward unless you know what you��re doing. Please consider whether you know how to do this as buying from me will save you a lot of hassle. Also be mindful of sellers who provide usb sticks for recording. These always have a small capacity and quickly fill up (2-3 hours recording in HD quality and a 16gb stick will be full). I do not sell this box without a hard drive. The hard drive I supply has all the preconfigured auto update features and your gift code installed on to it. It will not function properly without it

I will not activate your gift code until the day I am sending the box, this way you get the maximum time possible on your subscription. Your code is valid for 12 months after which you can purchase a new code from myself for ��30. If you purchase a code from another seller, any future support needed will be from them. Your first gift code is included in the listing price. If you would like to increase the length of your initial gift code, it is charged at 30(GBP) per additional year
If you want more than one box to replace your 'multiroom' setup, that's fine; you can have as many boxes as you want but each will be setup individually and need its own code.
The software I install has a parental control feature allowing the buyer to block access to any channel they wish. Full instructions are contained in the setup guide (sent after purchase)
Although this box does not have Wi-Fi (currently no model of Zgemma box does) I am now able to offer a Wi-Fi adaptor which is specific to Zgemma boxes. Please see my other listing for details
I believe you can also use a Magic Eye with this too but please do your own research as I do not know how to set these up
This box is the H.2S model and works with satellite TV only. Cable users need the H.2H model which I currently don��t supply.
This box has twin tuners which means you can record one channel whilst watching/recording another. The single tuner models only allow you to record the channel you are watching. This box will still work if you only have one satellite cable but the recording functions will be that of a single tuner model
Most of the channels available on this box are in SD (standard definition), including sports and movies. This is the same for ANY NON SUBSCRIPTION SATELLITE receiver box regardless of brand or gift code. If someone is telling you their satellite box has all the HD channels, they're lying or mistaken
This box has a TWIN TUNER meaning you can RECORD TWO CHANNELS WHILST WATCHING A THIRD; e.g. watching BBC1 whilst recording BBC2 and recording ITV. I have tested this myself and can confirm it works
This box will not work without an internet connection. If your modem, router or Wi-Fi aren't working, neither will this
I preinstall lots of plugins (apps) for watching movies and sports. KODI can also be installed and instructions how are provided in the setup guide
Some people have managed to get 3pm kick offs using plugins they have downloaded themselves. I do not know what these plugins are so you will have to try for yourself. I tell everyone to work on the assumption that you WILL NOT be able to view 3pm kick offs to avoid dissapointment
